The author seems to leave the reader only captions for the missing images, and the measure of filling this void is up to the reader, the director, and the viewer. In Stadnikov's texts, the author's voice is always expressed primarily in montage, in the sequence of spoken words. "Japan" can be called a poetic text, where the form becomes the answer to the substantive question about the possibility of poetry during the catastrophe that is happening before our eyes.
